What is Enamel?

The arts and crafts of enamel have already appeared in ancient China. Up to now, it has been developed for more than six thousand years and has a long history. This exquisite craft technology still can not be replaced. Its unique and high sense of texture, and sense of age, are deeply loved by people.

Enamel can be divided into real enamel and fake enamel.  The color of real enamel is quite dark because the high temperature in the burning of enamel will cause physical reaction--carbonization of impurities in the copper. And there will be many spots on the back of the metal. In addition, because the pigment of enamel is actually a natural mineral powder and  it can not be dispersed, there are not many kinds of colors available. The color cards used are all international special color cards for enamel such as flowers, bottles and green woods enamel. Moreover, because it is a natural product, it is inevitable that there will be some impurities in the color, and the color will not be very bright. And the imitation enamel badge is filled with the artificial color matching of the resin color. The preparability is relatively wide, and it can be chosen according to the universal color numbers. The general color is bright, and the metal will not have dots on the back.

Enamel is rustproof as well as decorative. The arts and crafts of enamel process are widely used in the manufacture of mdals, pin badges, coins, keychains and various decorations and handicrafts. The glaze is baked by high temperature kiln, and the surface has metallic luster and hardness. Its texture and color are just like jewelry. It is very exquisite. The lapel badge of real enamel  is characterized by its hardness and will not change its colors. It can be preserved for a long time. This is also one of the reasons why real enamel products are irreplaceable.
