Satin Plating With Electrophoresis

Satin color plating has been porpular in the metal craft and gifts industry because of its higher quality looking comparing to the shiny plating.
But its disadvantage is that the satin plated products have always been easy to suffer the color change. In order to solve this problem , now the Donghong factory decided all the satin plated products will add the nide protection. The color will be slightly brighter comparing with the non-electrophoresis products, which looks like adding a layer of lacquer on the surface.
1. Normally, our factory will automatically use electrophoresis protection for the satin products. But for the special orders or larger cases, it is necessary to indicate and emphasize the protection of the electrophoresis while placing the order.
2. Actually, electroplated satin products with electrophoresis will cost higher, but we won’t charge the extra fee and absorb it ourselves.

3. New orders wont be effected too much. If it is reorder, our sales would confirm with our customers in advance in case the clients won’t be happy with the color changing.
4. If the customers insist on no need for electrophoresis, then we’ll inform the client that the plating color might change, and we’ll also emphasize to the production line about the client’s requirment specially.
