Our factory passed the Disney Audit successfully on March 21st, 2017

To be a qualified Disney supplier, the factory needs to pass the relative audit required by Disney. The audit is mainly focusing on the social responsibility of the integrated management system, to make sure the factory meets the relative local laws and regulations on all aspects as personnel qualifications, salary welfare, the human rights of the employees, the working environment, working time etc.. Generally speaking, the Disney audit is rather strict. Except checking the records, they also require the staff sampling interview which is different from the standard certification system. Many of the factories would fall the audit because of this process.

Actually, we have also ever suffered the failure on the audit before. But we do cherish all the suggestions and requirement offered by the relative audit person, then improve accordingly. To pass the audit successfully, all the staff in the different departments work closely and tried all the effort from documents preparation, self-audit, detail improving etc.. Finally, we get the green label from Disney which means our factory could meet the international standard on human right respecting, health and safety environment controlling etc.. We are proud to be certified as to be ahead of most of the Chinese manufacturers.
