There are various ways of handling embroidery. Next, we will give a summary and share some of the most common approaches with you.
1. The package edge: this is the most conventional way of dealing with edges. Wrapping with a hemming machine (for the car), usually in order to compare the shape of the package, the irregular shape must be burned and trimmed. The edges are wide and its width is 3 mm.
2. Burn the side: with iron, and any size and shape can be done, the width is generally thin, the edges of the lines are embroidered and it should be typed. Because it is manual operation, so the accuracy is relatively high. For the high quality products, we use this method of production. But one limitation of the burn edge is the edge of the light colored embroidery thread, especially the white, because of high temperature burning side, it will cause the side to appear yellowish or blackened. Of course, the skilled workers can avoid this situation by comparing large programs, but after all, it is manual operation, the temperature and speed cannot be controlled 100%, so it is inevitable to have some minor defects. Also, because it is needed by high temperature burning operation, so if not full embroidery products or burned edge where no rust first circle embroidery thread, cloth base usually with denim, but we will not take cloth or cloth, because cloth or flannelette will burn out because of high temperature.
3. Laser trimming: it is operated by a laser machine, and its appearance and production methods are similar to the firing side, except that the firing side is manual operation and the laser cutting edge is the machine control operation. This is usually used to compare large quantities of products with order delivery. Donghong currently has six laser trimming machines, which greatly improve production capacity.
4. Cutting edge: it is not suitable for twill cloth because it is cut directly with scissors, because the product on the bottom of the twill has a rough edge, resulting in the finished product looks as if it is bad, and it will cause the customer to sue.
